In accordance with the applicable statutory information obligations, in particular French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN) for visitors located in the European Union and Indonesian Law No. 11/2008 on electronic information and transactions (UU ITE), the information relating to the publisher, the publication management, the hosting and the intellectual property of the Lokalfinds platform is set out below.

The Lokalfinds platform, accessible at lokalfinds.com, is published by MEROVA LLC, a limited liability company incorporated and governed under the law of the State of Wyoming (United States). Registered office: 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Federal tax identification number (Employer Identification Number — EIN): in the process of being assigned. 2. Publication director
The publication director is The MEROVA Team, acting in the name and on behalf of MEROVA LLC in its capacity as publisher. Any request, observation or complaint relating to the editorial content of the site may be addressed to it by email at contact@lokalfinds.com.
3. Contact
For any general question, support request, report of content or abuse, or to exercise your personal data protection rights, a single contact address is made available to you: contact@lokalfinds.com. This address also serves as the point of contact for the Data Protection Officer (DPO); the formal designation of the latter is in progress.
4. Hosting
Frontend hosting (website): Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (vercel.com). Backend hosting (database, authentication and file storage): Supabase, Inc., whose PostgreSQL servers relating to the Platform are located in the eu-central-1 region (Frankfurt, Germany), that is, within the European Union. Distribution of static assets and images: the Vercel Edge Network content delivery network (CDN), via regional points of presence. These providers act as technical subcontractors, under the conditions specified in the Privacy Policy.
5. Personal data & DPO
The personal data processing operations carried out in connection with the Platform are described in the Privacy Policy, accessible at /confidentialite, which forms an integral part of this legal notice. The Data Protection Officer (DPO) may be contacted at contact@lokalfinds.com for any question relating to the exercise of your rights under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) or Indonesian Law UU PDP No. 27/2022. The competent supervisory authority is, depending on your place of residence, the CNIL for France, the data protection authority of your Member State for other European Union residents, or the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (KOMINFO) for Indonesia.
6. Intellectual property
The “Lokalfinds” trademark, its logo, its graphic charter, its editorial texts, its illustrative photographs, its site structure, as well as all the elements making up the interface of the Platform are protected under intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of MEROVA LLC or its licensors. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, transmission or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of the publisher, is strictly prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable under the applicable laws.
7. Credits
Illustrative landscape photographs: images generated by the gpt-image-1 model (OpenAI). Pictograms: Lucide Icons (ISC licence). Fonts: Sora and Fraunces (Google Fonts, SIL Open Font licence). Mapping data: OpenStreetMap tiles (ODbL licence). These elements are used in accordance with the licences of their respective authors.
8. Cookies
The Platform uses cookies and trackers strictly necessary for its operation (authentication, storage of language and theme preferences) as well as, subject to your prior consent, anonymised audience measurement trackers.
